After a long time, I am again writing a post due to some vacation. so in today's blog, I am going to talk about Pollard. well in the team of Westindies after the bad luck of their hole format against India where Braithwaite was the captain of T20 Matches and Jason holder was a captain of one-day international cricket in the team of West Indies.

Well, now it has been declared officially by the West Indies cricket board that Pollard has been named as the captain of both the format one-day international cricket as well as 20-20 matches for Westindies team. well this decision has to be taken before some days as there could be a hope for winning of West Indies team against India even a single match.

As we know whenever there was a captain in the Mumbai then Mumbai Indians were able to win the match even vary with the High runs. so there is a great difference between a captainship of the team with an experienced player or the captain of a team within the continuing player. experience player might have enough experience of whatever the strategy in any type of tough situation is going to happen he can handle it even better.

With this Pollard has enough experience and he has already taken the leadership role from Karlos Brathwaite in the Twenty20 cricket as well as Jason holder in one-day international cricket. I think this is a great initiative taken by Westindies board. Happy Birthday is not able to win even a single match after a long time so all the steps by changing the captain and some of the players in the team have to be changed as the formation is not much set from the team. on the other hand, I think Westindies Team should also change the bowling attack as some of the bowlers are not able to take even a single wicket at the time of the ongoing match.
