Exporters of fruits and vegetables in Ghana have to pay a 145% increment as freight charges in order to get their produce out of the country. Flights pay landing and ground charges in Ghana because of coronavirus and that has resulted in hikes in air freight charges. Exporters are hoping the government will come in to help them out soon.
